We're really excited to offer EFI kits for the Range Rover classic and Dicovery S1/S2 V8.  Whether you have a 3.5, 3.9, 4.0, 4.2 , 4.6 and running carbs or stock EFI, you need to upgrade to this kit.   

The early Range Rovers had EFI known as the flapper system which has a horrendous reputation for failing, and at this point in it's life, you may as well just chuck it away.   The carbs do go well on these cars, but you may as well consider that a controlled fuel leak.   What we offer here is a kit that brings your Rover V8 right up to speed, and engineers reliability into a known unrealiable car.   Not only are you going to get more power with this kit, but finally some good economy too (within lead foot reason of course).   We've been developing this on a test mule here in Melbourne which you are welcome to come check out and get a demonstration with.

Our kit comes with a microsquirt ECU.  Your car will run on a trigger wheel that disposes of the old distributor system.   We recommend you install the intake hardware from the 3.9 V8 known as the hotwire setup, which will fit straight onto your 3.5 or 3.9 engine.   Form there you no longer run a MAF system, but convert to MAP.   Your ECU will come with a base tune to get you going, and will be very close to perfect.  From there you can auto tune the rest yourself, or hand it to us to install and tune in house.

 

* Wideband - this is an AEM wideband.  The kit performs best with a wideband attached.  A wideband gives constant information to the ECU and adjusts the tune under all conditions.  This is also the only way to accurately tune the car once installed.
