These Direct-To-Head (DTH) set of Shaftless Butterfly Twin Housing Throttle Bodies (ITBs) are port matched to suit the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) intake ports for the 2005-2015 Mazda 2.0L MX-5 / 3.5 / 3.75 (NC) Engines.
They feature AT Power’s lightweight precision machined billet aluminium twin oval housings design, with our unique patented ‘Shaftless’ technology and knife edged butterfly valves (Blades) providing proven improved induction airflow speeds and increased engine performance.
The Throttle Bodies include billet machined Throttle linkage, bespoke Swan Neck SLS 3D printed Extension Tubes (Runners, Velocity Stacks) (Note:Colour Black), specifically designed for the packaging of this product within the standard Mazda MX-5 NC engine bay, billet aluminium Ram Pipes (Trumpets) and a one-piece billet aluminium Fuel Rail.
Our Direct-To-Head Twin Throttle Bodies are supplied fully assembled ready to bolt on directly to the cylinder head intake face. (Note:This Product is supplied with cylinder head injector plugs to blank-off (OEM) injector pockets).
We offer a choice of product options including billet machined Throttle linkage configurations, Throttle positional sensors (TPS) mounting kits & Fuel Rail brackets to suit a range of fuel injectors.
We also offer optional extras including fuel rail fittings, vacuum take off fittings for vacuum assisted brakes, rotary contact or Hall Effect contactless Throttle Positional Sensors (TPS), Drive-By-Wire (DBW) actuation and a choice of 18 different anodising colours. Anodising-Colour-Swatch

PLEASE NOTE!
This product requires an after-market engine management system (ECU) for correct engine fuelling operation.
Kitset Performance offer a choice of after-market (ECU's) which can be viewed on tour website.
As with all after-market engine management systems, base maps are offered “as-is” and dyno tuning is fully recommended, to avoid causing any damage to your engine.
